Burlington is a fairly small and compact airport, with three baggage pickup carousels located at the North end of the terminal.

After picking up baggage, exit the airport from either set of ground-floor doors closest to the baggage carousels (near the rental car counters).

Directly across the street is a curbed and covered traffic island where the taxis, hotel shuttle buses and limousines park. Limousines are at the front of the queue. Your vehicle will be waiting there. The distance from the airport doors to your waiting limousine is approximately 50-100 feet. Handicap curb cuts are located close by for wheeled luggage and those needing ramps.

Due to airport security precautions, under certain conditions, our chauffeurs are not allowed to leave their vehicles unattended. Therefore, we cannot always promise to meet and greet our clients inside the airport. We will attempt to do so whenever security conditions allow us to leave the vehicles.
